CROOKS. They "fixed" our water heater and sold us a 24-hour service agreement. We woke up the next morning with no hot water and called them, only to find out that 24-hour service...

The technician who came to our house was prompt, clean and courteous. However, the prices were much too high because he could only provide services that were in his book. Also, he was mis-informed or misrepresented how their service contract works. I strongly suggest another plumber. more

CROOKS! 8/26/2011

CROOKS. They "fixed" our water heater and sold us a 24-hour service agreement. We woke up the next morning with no hot water and called them, only to find out that 24-hour service means they'll get to us some time in the NEXT 24 HOURS! Run fast from these guys. more
