Friendly environment but needs some improvement on follow-up care. 2 days after my purchase my seat heat malfunctioned and melted my leather seats and burnt a hole in my pants and left a mark on my leg-the deal had me bring my car in, they gave me a loaner car. However they had my new car for a Week- Monday -Friday repaired seat - howevert hey did not do my paint protection they assured me it would be done- (wanted me to bring back in on Monday ) and when I received my car back it was very dirty. Recently noticed that the new seat and leather is not on properly so I need to go back AGAIN MAJOR inconvience. I had to call several times to check on car. more

After having major problems with my car and the check engine light would not go off-- Hyundai of Greensburg was able to determine the problem.. in the long run it was the fuel pump-- they even put in $40 for gas on their own-- that says Customer dedication-- way to go more

the past two Hyundai dealers coming from Pittsburgh to Greensburg, just to get to the for service from Greensburg Hyundai on this particular day we had our Santa Fe in for service in preparation for trip to North Carolina to see our grandchild turns out that when needed significant amount of work done to the vehicle particularly a tie-rod that was loose and was not covered under our extended Holly our service advisor was aware that we were preparing for a trip with limited funds and had gone out her way, including contacting her boss after trying to get our company that handle our extended warranty to help us out she made every attempt humanly possible to reduce our bill so that we can make this trip. After all, that's what we thought the vehicle in the first place she was able to reduce the bill to about half what the original cost which means we will be returning the vehicle for further service upon our return from North Carolina . Once again, this makes our trip to Greensburg, Hyundai worthwhile . They had never failed us has always been a fair and reasonable and above board service to us . We've never had a negative experience Greensburg, Hyundai and this is one of the many reasons why we will return to them to buy our vehicle more
