Very dishonest and provides poor customer service. Midwest Gold did not tell my mother that all sales were final or provide her with a statement showing how they had arrived at the amount they were paying her. When she had second thoughts about the transaction about an hour later, I tried contacting the store and spoke with the manager Joe. He because defensive and angry when I told him that my mom would like to get her gold back. He started raising his voice telling me ""all sales are final."" I asked him if he had provided her with a statement of what she had sold and he refused to answer saying he wasn't going to argue with me and hung up. I called back, and told him that I would like an answer to my questions, just a simple Yes or No. He continued to raise his voice with me and responded that ""she didn't ask for one"". He said that she could come get one, and again hung up. My mother went to the store today (following day) and requested her gold back as well as a statement and was told that she could have neither. Sellers Beware. An honest gold buyer should provide you with a statement showing how they arrived at the amount they are paying you. You should also have an option to get your gold back within a reasonable time if you change your mind.
