My children were traumatized by their experiences at this dental office. For three years they tried to force my son with a terrible gag reflex into x-rays. He threw up and they still forced the isssue each visit. Finally at age 6, I said enough! He now hates the thought of the dentist.
My son was also a thumb sucker. He was unaware of his habit and only realized he did it when he woke up in the morning with a wrinkled thumb. They told him if he didn't stop they'd have to do surgery to fix his mouth. Who tells a kid that?!
We are now finding a different dental office. I only wish I chose this for us sooner.
