Midwest Dental Eagan

I had my first experience with Midwest Dental Eagan, and being someone who doesn't like going to the dentist, (it had been way too long since my last check-up!), I was naturally nervous. The staff put me at ease and I can't say enough about how professional, friendly, and caring Dr. May was. She really was wonderful to work with. Unlike the previous reviewer, I had no issues. When I called to schedule the appointment, the front desk requested I arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. I came when I was supposed to, and I had no issues getting in. Everything was efficient and I felt the hygienist and doctor were both very comprehensive and thorough, and I still got out completely on time. Definitely recommend this office and Dr. May!! more

I made an appointment with Midwest Dental in Eagan after getting a groupon. I was told the initial visit would be approximately 1 1/2-2hours and I made the appt. 3 days before my appt, I was called by a appt scheduler saying they needed to reschedule me. She berated me saying they had left many voicemails for the last week trying to reach me. This was just not true, I had not missed a single call/I checked my voicemail and had not had a single call from them. I rescheduled my appt with them, this time they told me it would only be a 1hr visit max, they had shortened the visits because of the Groupon. I went to my appt, and was given paperwork etc. After I gave the front desk person the paperwork she informs me I missed my visit. I told her that someone called me and rescheduled my appt. She informed me that was not true, and she could not get me in. Then told me her computer was down, so I would have to call to reschedule my appt. Yeah, right. After this horror story, I refunded my groupon and am moving on. Absolute horrible customer service, no wonder they needed a groupon! more
