Very honest, trustworthy, I got a great deal on my pick uo truck and they gave me $3000.00 more for my trade than any other dealer. I shopped 6 other dealers and they are the best. The owner Mario was very friendly and nice to my wife and my children and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. I would highly recommend this dealersip to anyone!! more

Yes i went there for a specific van and of course they didn't have it...but they found me a nicer one instead. The salespeople were very nice and they were very helpful. They even gave us ""free oil changes for a year and a 1 yr. warrenty""My grandson thought is was the greatest that he got to bang their ""kabonger"" after we bought the van. When we picked it up the van was very clean,we got all the paperwork and were told if there's a problem that we should just bring it right back in. It's nice to know that you can depend on your neighborhood dealership. more

When I walked into the dealership is was like going over to a friends house . The experience was more like helping me buy a car, instead of , selling me a car . I will tell my co-workers and church members all about this company . more

I purchased a Dodge. I went in knowing what I wanted to pay after shopping around at other dealerships and doing my internet homework. The sales staff was very helpful in finding me exactly what I wanted and showing me all the great features of the vehicle. I spoke with Anna the finance manager and she explained in detail the finance contract and warranty. I have to say that everyone at this dealership treated me with courtesy and professionalism from start to finish. I did not feel pressured or intimidated as I have at other dealerships in the past. I took my car in for its first service check and was amazed at how fast they took care of me. This is a high quality customer service dealership and I will recommend this place to all my family and friends more

This is the worst business I have ever been to! I wish I would have looked on yelp for reviews before I wasted my time. Other reviewers are completely right Midway Dodge tells you they have a car then when you show up they say the car just sold. I just fell into their scam today. Their service department called me less than an hour before to confirm my appointment to see a specific car then I get there and they said it sold?!? Really? They were completely unapologetic almost to the point of rude and they were very disorganized! On another note their staff was very unprofessional! When I went to enter their so called ""business"" there was a group of employees smoking right by the door, which I had to walk through their disgusting smoke, with my infant son, to enter into their crock of crap establishment! I have had many dealing with this dealership over the years and find them to be very helpful... My dealings have been both as a service and bodyshop customer and while I have never personally bought a car from them I just helped my mother purchase one. I'm sure every large business has a few bad apples every now and then and that's why there may be scathing reviews. My experiences have been 99% Positive. In the service department I talk to Bart--if anything needs to be talked about. In the sales dept. I talk to either Mario or Fransico (gm & long time sales person). \r \r I'm know they work with a lot of customers who have horrible credit and I'm guessing when people find out they can not get the car they want they get ticked off and bad mouth the place. I'm sure many of them could have been dealt with better by their sales person and that's why I recommend only working with people who have been there a long time. I do see a lot of young employess many of whom probably do not have more
