This place is the worst place in the world. The manager Bob changed his story 2 different times while talked to him. First it took him 6 days to respond to me, I called him everyday and he kept saying he was to busy to talk. He then all the info wrong about my tow and went off on me...only to admit he wrong half way through the conversation once he looked it up on the computer. He also accused me of buying receipts once I saw they towed my car, but when I told him a have the receipts from before they towed he went blank and didnt know what to say. All he had to say I understand but I dont know what to tell you. He tries to be all tough sounding but once he knew he wrong he changed his tone. This whole company is a fraud and even when they are wrong they still dont have to balls to admit it. Stay far far far away from this place more

Like the previous user I have to agree. Midtown towing is the biggest scam in the world. These people don't even deserve to be in business. The woman behind the counter (If we can even classify her as human let alone a woman) was the most despicable, irresponsible, insulting and gross person I've ever encountered. She lied when she said she ran my card. This is a trick of theirs to get you to pay cash. How nice huh? Well if you ever get towed make sure you check your car. Never in my life have I been so degraded as I have from this shithole. Literally the biggest dump ever. The lady at the front was the worst human being I have ever met. Rude,short,and snotty as ill get out. The saddest thing is she has crosses everywhere and multiple sayings. Well lady the one place you are going is hell. No one deserves to be treated the way you treated me. Oh and people if you get towed inspect your car they are infamous on stealing your belongings. This place needs shut down for good...... more
