I ate here the first time I came to Savannah, and I fell in love. The restaurant decoration is hodge-podge and may have been a hole-in-the-wall chinese place at one point. Do not let appearances fool you!!! The food is prepared fresh by the quirky owner (who is not afraid to give you the 4-1-1 on any menu item.) A little pricey for my budget as a college kid, but perfect for lunch or dinner with friends. To start, try the sekanjamine - it's a minty drink. Vegetarian? Get the falafel (if you want fries or salad, you have to order it separately. The gyro wrap does come with fries.) Meat-eater? Try the gyro platter at around $12. You get hunks of gyro meat, pita, salad, and the lightest, tastiest calamari you will ever sink your teeth into. No, really!
