Middle Earth 3/16/2006

This is a cool little Ann Arbor store. Great for unique gifts- candles, t-shirts, picture frames, jewelry and odd little finds that most places don't carry. It seems like you can spend hours in the store because there is so much to see. Parking can be difficult, but it's close to dining and many other stores, so it's a nice walk from wherever you have to park. more

Hippie store makes shopping fun! 11/13/2005

A longtime favorite of the students at the University of Michigan, Middle Earth is a store filled with beads and incense sticks. The nice thing about this store is that it is also filled with unique gifts that you wouldn't find anywhere else. They also carry an extensive selection of printed t-shirts. Their prices are definitely on the higher side. more

This gift store is very unique and special. It carries a number of fascinatingly weird toys, games, and trinkets, and it has an absolutely huge assortment of original, funny, and obscene t-shirts. Overall, if you are looking for a unique gift, or just something funny to put on your desk, you can find it at this store. more
