Service Manager 2/2/2012

I would have rated zero stars if it wasn't for the mechanic who explained things to her.The service manager Mike was rude and condescending with his attitude,My mother brought the car in for a checkup and when she asked questions from the service manager he was rude and no help at all! !The mechanic spoke to her politely and was very helpful and didn't treat her like she was an idiot if it was up to me I would have called a corporate number and complained he should not be in management. Pros: null Cons: null more

Midas 3/13/2006

Worst service that I have ever had. Long lines, waiting for half an hour for things that should only take about fifteen minutes. They are extremely unprofessional people. After I went into their shop and spent half a day waiting for my car to get fixed, I ended up having to go to another shop to fix what they had messed up, just totally unprofessional, they have people working for them who do not know what they are doing. For the service that they provide they are not cheap. If you are going to spend you money servicing your car, you might as well do it at a place that will actually fix your car, not destroy it even more. I would not recommend this place. PROS: good location CONS: expensive, unprofessional more

Not responsible 6/22/2005

I took my car to Midas to replace front brakes because I saw TV commercial and they had good warranty. One month later, the brake indicator was on again. I took my car back to Midas and they told me the brake sensor had to be replaced. And they charged me $24. That was fine for me. When I paid the money, they said that the clutch was about gone in the testdrive and put the statement on the invoice. After paying the money, I started the engine and shirted to the first gear. The car DID NOT MOVE. The clutch could not engage. I asked the owner what happened to my car and they said it just happened. I asked them to repair the clutch and they said they were not responsible for it. They asked me to tow my car away to another mechanics to fix it. I fell like they made some mistakes and tried to escape. It was ridiculous that I DROVE my car in MIDAS and TOWED my car away MIDAS. And I paid $24. more
