I called this firm at 2pm one afternoon to determine the wait time for a repair estimate and was told that there was a backlog of two hours and that it would be best to bring it in at 8am (opening time). The next morning I made a trip over to Midas and when they opened Rolland informed me that there was a 3 hour wait but that I could make an appointment for that afternoon, which I did. I brought the vehicle back again at the appointed time and was told by Roland this time that there was a 1 1/2 hour wait to have the car looked at. When I reminded him of my appointment he just shrugged and pointed to the bays that were in in use. DO NOT waste your time with these people - They do NOT make appointments nor do they value their customers or their time!!! more

I'd been having problems with my car for some time and decided to finally take it in and take care of everything, no matter the cost. The manager was very nice and very honest. I knew that my brake pads were completely worn off and figured I'd need to get my drums and calipers replaced, but he said only the front pads would have to be replaced and they worked on the drums without making me buy new ones. Also, I'd had battery trouble for a year or so and other places thought it might be an electrical problem, but here they tested the battery and told me it was down to 5% capacity and I needed a new one. My car's been running smoothly in the months since I've been here and I'd definitely go back should I need to. Pros: honest Cons: slight wait more
