Best Yet 11/3/2009

I like alot of other people in the Us do not have insurance coverage. I have 3 diff. meds I have to take daily. They have been nice helping me out with prescribing me with medicine thats off brand that I can afford. They also make sure that the office visits are reasonable and not always have to be paid completely upfront. If I can't afford to come in to get my medicines changed for any reason they will do it over the phone for me. They care about keeping there customers and do what they can to get me in to the office to see someone if my dr. is not available. Pros: Caring and Helpful more

Lack of interest in patient well-being... 10/20/2009

PLEASE look out for your parents/family members if they use a doctor employed by this practice. A GOOD doctor is concerned with the well-being of their patients first, the paycheck should be second to that. I hope to help my mother find a new doctor as soon as possible. Being told the nurse is ""too busy "" to call in an important prescription was the sickening reality we received Monday morning. It is now the end of business on Tuesday and still no call. My mother is now sitting at home, alone, with severe water retention thanks to her doctor's lack of interest. Pros: local Cons: lack of interest in a patients well-being more

Some physicians good, but group is self-serving 7/13/2006

I have had 5 out of the 60 physicians in this group. Out of those: 2 were competent and enthusiastic, 1 was just mediocre, and 2 were rank minimalists. Such a lopsided ratio can only signal something wrong with the entire organization. Besides several administrative snafus over the year that I was there, the doctors appear to share some traits in common. Pros: I'm still thinking... Cons: Disorganized office, tentative doctors more

Wonderful local doctor! 5/1/2006

Dr. Paula Klose sensed immediately that I have had only bad experiences with doctors all of my life. Either the majority of local doctors are arrogant and condescending by nature, or they have been school that way, or I am the type of person who tends to brings out these harmful traits. Whatever the reasons, Dr. Klose was the first doctor that sincerely tried to go the extra mile with me. Through her, I came to expect more from doctors than the typical bravado hiding incompetence and inattention. Unfortunately, at the time I first saw her, she was a stand-in for a far inferior doctor, who was my primary care physician through the restrictions imposed by my inferior health insurance. I was too late after upgrading insurance; Dr. Klose was no longer accepting new patients. I can truly understand why she is so popular! Pros: Compassionate, Skilled more
