A great place, where management is continually reinvesting in the facility. Employees are very friendly, creating a very positive environment for anyone. Trainers are available when desired, but known of them act like they are used car salesmen. more

If you are looking for a gym DO NOT pass this one up! This place is everything you are looking for and need to help you reach your fitness goals. Its the gym that knows your name, cares about your goals, and works hard to keep there facility as good looking as you want to be. New equipment, the BEST trainers, and open 24hrs! I have lost 40lbs since January and I owe them a big thanks for helping me on my journey. They truly are results focused! more

Great Hometown Gym 8/13/2010

This gym is not a chain. It's truly a locally owned, hometown gym with great staff and members. The gym isn't so huge that you feel like you're just one more member for them to add to the list. The staff and trainers get to know you and are there to help you meet your fitness goals, no matter what they may be. I enjoy taking the awesome classes that are offered, including the spin and yogalates class. This gym has been around since 1987, but just underwent a complete renovation with a remodel of the cosmetics and upgraded or new equipment. Truly a great gym for anyone. Would highly recommend! more
