It took a week for a break job. A break job. Parts were not in stock on Wednesday so we agreed it would be done Friday or Saturday when parts came. Called Monday and advisor was on vacation. Was told I would receive a phone call that evening. No phone call or communication of any kind. Tuesday came, I called. Sent straight to voicemail. This was a chosen cut, not a phone ran out of rings cutover. Wednesday comes and finally ready.
Go to pick up car, final bill 30% higher than estimate $952 given on original service date. Tax wasn't included in the $950, so I expected it to be higher.
During this time wife and I had to carpool and she was not able to visit her best friend who had just given birth to her 1st child.
Obviously, not a great experience and I will not return. We also purchased a 4Runner this year and we're looking at Michaels for future service given the convenience of location for us. That will definitely not be happening.
