Good store but hard to get around in 6/9/2005

The store has all you could want but they are short staffed all of the time for the number of customers they have. I was able to get the help I needed but had to ask three people and had to wait to ask each time. PROS: nice store CONS: poor personell coverage more

Wonderful Store, But the Staff Needs Work 6/1/2005

This Michaels has a large selection of arts and crafts supplies to choose from. Whether you are looking for a gift or items for a project of your own, this is the place to look. If you are unfamiliar with this particular store, you may spend a lot of time wandering around as items are hard to find. You can always ask the staff for help, but at times they are very busy and may not be as helpful as desired. PROS: wide selection CONS: staff not always helpful more
