I needed replacement of my a/c unit during a very busy time this summer. The response from Meyer & Depew was great given it was a very busy time of the year.....and during a heat...

Worst

When we moved into a three-bedroom house, we found we needed a new boiler. Meyer & Depew were able to get the job done quickly, but we found the first floor was unreasonably cold...

A technician named Juraj helped us. He was very professional and friendly. He made sure that our heating system and humidifier were running fine and offered some good advice. He was explaining concepts as he was fixing. We will definitely get their services again more

Air Conditioner servicing 5/29/2015

Juraj was very professional. He did an excellent job checking, cleaning and servicing our air conditioning unit. He is very meticulous in his work and very knowledgeable about his work. He even informed me that I had installed my air filter incorrectly and showed me its proper positioning. He was an absolute pleasure to have come and work in our home. Lou did a great service job. He was on time , friendly and courteous. Spent a good time with the service of the 2 year old unit and also informed me about a wet switch and back up generator but I declined. I was impressed with how much time he spent working on the furnace. Also told me about the dirty filter I had and that I need to change more frequently. more

No heat, but not for long! 10/26/2013

My boiler was acting up so I gave Meyer & Depew a call on a Saturday morning. By Saturday afternoon, my problem was solved. Tom S from Meyer & Depew was friendly, knowledgable and quick. Fantastic service, won't hesitate to contact these guys again in the future. more

Lou P. is an excellent technician, who is courteous and is prompt on his appointments. He makes sure he does his job thoroughly, and he is very careful about cleaning up after service appts. Fall heater maintainence 10/16/2013

Tom was wonderful...came in a timely manner and performed the work very professionaly. Explained what he was doing every step of the way and even programmed the thermostat since we had just moved into the house and hadn't figured out all of the "workings" yet. An asset to an already great company! more
