We hired this contractor to build a home for us and couldn't be happier with the results. Even though we live across the ocean, the job got done on time and very close to our budget. Changes were easy and our architect said they liked working with this contractor. We all know that contractors haven't got the best rap out there, but these guys are honest and hard working...we're pretty sure we got our house for way less than some of the other builders would have charged us.
Pros: Bills were understandable and fair.
Cons: Hard to predict all pricing if your plans aren't complete before startup.
