This business is run more like a club than a high end dance studio. I was unlucky to find out the hard way that the parents are held personally accountable for their behavior so if you enroll your child then whatever you do---DO NOT COMPLAIN! If one of the employees complain to the owner about you, then your child will be kicked out without any opportunity for you to defend yourself. No phone calls, no meetings, no chance to fix the situation. It is their way or the highway. They do not care that you pay on time, have a polite child, and make sure that the child is in regular attendance and always on time. If they decide they do not like you, your child is kicked out.
