I went to a MetroPCS ""company store"" today. The line was out the door and there was ONE freakin' person doing not much of anything to help anyone. When I spoke up the rent-a-cop told me to pipe down and not bother the CS ""agents."" When I finally was able to speak to the manager about speeding things up for all of us (I was at the head of the line), he said there was nothing that they could do. This place has turned into the DMV. Fools! If they want MY business, they'll have to do better than this. For all I use a phone, I'd just a soon use Skype and abandon the phone companies.
