Your service person appeared to know exactly what he was doing. He explained as he went along. Was very plesant.

Worst

Not sure about the a/c. Had one before and went 15 yrs without any issue. Had this one for 1.5 yrs and had to have someone come out since it cut off and service man could not find...

You do good work and I am pleased with results 10/21/2016

I have worked with your company for over 20 years, you first installed a Carrier Heat Pump, about 10 years later you installed a American Standard Unit, in about another 10 years you installed The Lennox Heat Pump now in service you also installed a Lennox split unit in my sun room, I am very happy with your company and the service you do for me. quick efficient service 10/13/2016

JR came out to service my outside unit I found out that carrier had put a cheap capacitor in the outside unit and be in the engineer myself when I saw him test the capacitor and he told me what the reading should be the capacitor was really bad. How dare carrier put such a piece of garbage part in a high-quality unit it is disgusting. JR showed me a very good economical solution to put in a high-quality American capacitor in the unit and this capacitor is guaranteed for 5 years, and it is not like the Chinese manufactured junk the carrier originally had in it, so I feel I'm much better off in the air conditioner is running perfectly JR did a fantastic job and the call was answered quickly and efficiently with very high quality work. more

Lightning quick service 10/13/2016

Called on a Monday at 4pm and they had someone out by 5pm. New part was installed the next afternoon and everything working properly again. Waymon was great to work with and I would use Metro again more

Chris was professional and provided service that was above and average. He was willing to work in pouring rain and explained what was needed in a way that me and my wife could understand. The rating system only goes to 5 star. But I would give him a perfect 10. more

Have not had good luck with Metro 9/29/2016

Constant problems from not doing things right the first time. Very upset that they didn't let us know there was a problem with Carrier Coils - we could have gotten taken care of. Instead, cost us over $4,000 as things kept going wrong. When I contacted the class action suit, it was too late. Was told that Metro should have let their customer's know. Would not recommend them to anyone. more
