This auto shop is irresponsible, the owner is unbelievably rude and disrespectful and will run all over you if you're timid. \r \r This place will irresponsibly park your car on the street and will not pay for the damages and problems they cause even though they say they will. I ended up getting a 200$ PARKING TICKET because they parked my car on the street. Not only did the owner refused to pay for this ticket, he dismissed me at the first chance he got when a worker came by to talk to him. The owner waved his hand in dismissal IN FRONT OF MY FACE and pointed at a worker to let him talk. It was EXTREMELY disrespectful and humiliating. \r \r They also left the receipt in the car before I got a chance to look at it and without me knowing, they charged me 20$ extra. I only realized this after I drove away and got a chance to look at the receipt they left in my car. Additionally, the breaks still sounded crunchy after they had fixed it. Cheap place but irresponsible and unreliable. I will NEVER come to this place to get my car fixed again. Cheap price for cheap quality and service and lots of headache. more

I don't know why the other reviewer wrote such negative things. I have a fleet of 5 cars that Charlie, Gene, and Fung keep in tip top shape. I get honest estimates and good advice. For the old 10 year cars, they give an honest opinion as to what is necessary just to keep it going, since the extra work is costly compared to the value of the car. For the newer cars, they give do good quality work and reasonable prices. All the customers that I've seen walk in and out of the place leave with a smile on their face. Whenever I've spot checked on prices at other places such as Pep Boys, or Firestone...they invariably "pad" what needs to be done and give me estimates that are twice as much. These guys are honest, they go the extra mile including towing. I've stuck with them for the last 5 years and plan to continue. more

Not pleased with the service here. They are not reliable. I paid for a new tire and rim change, they did not change it, instead switch it to the other side thinking that I will not notice that they did not put in a new tire and rim. They did not return my money($350) for the whole wheel change. They also threatened to tow my car away if I am not paying to take my car back the day of the pickup, while we are arguing. I was about to call the police for threatening us, since they are threatening us females. I seriously do not recommend this place. Pros: good website to get customers Cons: Not reliable more
