I received a quote from James Sherron, owner of Metal masters and we agreed upon a price. Three weeks later he calls and says that he didn't realize how much work was involved and that the price would be more. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and we agreed again on a price. A third phone call came and again the price was changed. I asked him what the warranty was on his work and he told me lifetime so again I agreed on a higher price. Finally after months of delays I received the finished product. I wasn't blown away with the job he did, but it did suffice, so I thought. In less than a year, the items that he finished rusted. I brought them back to him and it took him more than 3 months to fix the problem. He kept promising me completion dates, but never delivered. Finally, after 3 long months he supposedly fixed the problem...time will tell! I would never do business with Metal Masters again, it was costly, aggravating and the end result was definitely not worth it.
