I was harassed and scammed at this hospital. It's been six months since I've complained about being treated unfairly and overbilled and the hospital still hasn't resolved these issues. They are out to make a buck without delivering any services. Very poor service, horrible employees, and agressive and unfair billing. Go somewhere else!!! Employees used racism, agressive sexual harassment and intimidation to attempt to stop me from complaining. This was the worst customer service nightmare I have ever experienced. I am really surprised they have managed to stay open with an administration that is so corrupted. I was misdiagnosed three times and overcharged each time, they didn't even try to correct their mistakes. Yuck!
