My family and I recently had a pipe blow in our attic, and extensive water damage to all our flooring upstairs. Mercier Carpet came to our home, gave us an excellent estimate, and had the job done ahead of schedule. Overall, I was very happy with the quality of service, and the dedication that Mercier Carpet displayed, to help my family in a time of need. more

BAD, BAD, BAD 7/28/2010

Bait and Switch ... Mercier Carpet salesmen says he will meet or beat a price then change his mind. I took time off work because he insisted I be home when he came out to give me an estimate, only so he could try and convince me of using a cheap replacement from the high end product I wanted! Then tried to steer me from my first choice...because he low balled it !! COMPLETELY WASTED MY TIME! Cons: LIES more
