On the day I purchased my new car the Mercedes-Benz dealership was very busy. there was only one finance employee working that day. Nick the finance guy was great and did a very good job. I had a lot of questions about the extended warranty. Even with the fact there were three other cars being bought and following me through the process I never felt rushed. John was the employee who helped us with the car he w as very helpful and had a lot of knowledge about the car I bought. Overall this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Westminster Mercedes-Benz should be very proud of the job they did. From Crystal who greated us, and helped with my three kids while we looked at all of the cars, Steve who 1st helped but was unable to be there when we bought the car, and John who just did an outstanding job helping us deiced on the car we bought and Nick who helped us when it came time to buy the car. This dealership is 2nd to none when it comes the way they treat a customer. I will recommend this dealership to all of my family and friends and go back there when it comes time for my next car. The people at MB of Westminster were amazing! Even those not involved in our purchase were friendly and made sure we were being taken care of. We had no idea that purchasing a luxury car would come along with luxury sales and service. We just assumed all car salesmen were alike. We are absolutely thrilled with our new ML 350 and will definitely purchase our next Mercedes-Benz in Westminster.
