Maplewood Imports takes excellent care of its customers. You can expect little to no hold time on the phone, prompt service when you come in, a courteous driver to take you to nearby destinations while your car is fixed, and a property fixed automobile. To their credit, scheduled maintenances are performed without (unnecessary but profitable) dealership add-ons, and the staff is as friendly as possible. Sure the bill hurts, but everything else is as painless as it can be.
