I don't believe improvement is needed. After repairs, drove to San Diego and back - car performed great! I'm a very satisfied customer.

Having my car serviced is something I 11/21/2014

Having my car serviced is something I dread. I have to say that my experience at Scottsdale Mercedes has changed my opinion about it. The inside is modern clean and inviting. Even the valets were friendly. But the thing that stood out the most was my service advisor Brittney. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and I cannot say how refreshing it was. I will definitely be back the next time my car needs service more
