BAD JOB 7/8/2011

Took my car here to get serviced. When i got it back my whole bad end had cracks and a nice big dent in it. Took it back so they could fix it, thinking they would do a good job. No, got it back and they left white paint all over my car, left tape all over in the back. Do not go here they are rude and unwelcoming. more

Wonderful car dealership to do business with. 6/21/2011

Wonderful car dealership to do business with, I just bought my second vehicle from Calabasas Mercedes and got the same great customer service on both my almost 100k new vehicle as I did my 10k cheap car for my son. I also service my car there and have a great relationship with the service department. While reading a lot of these reviews, I can see how some people would get upset when having to spend money to fix their cars, but you can't blame the dealership for charging proper money for repairs. I might be a little biased because of my great experiences with Calabasas Mercedes, but I recommend everybody give these guys a try and I don' think they will dissapoint. more

Awesome Place! 6/19/2011

I've got to say that I had the most pleasurable experience ever with my car purchase this week. I was really expecting a sleezy salesperson and bad experience but to my surprise Mercedes Benz of Calabasas was absolutely top-notch. I was greeted by a salesperson who was very friendly and the new General Sales Manager, Sean Fortier, got involved very early on. He made us very comfortable and handled us through the entire sales process with kid gloves and gave us a great deal! I will refer all my friends and family to Sean and this dealership. Awesome Place! more

Beware of service contract from this dealer 12/1/2009

Delay after delay after delay.... I had to contact Insurance company myself after finance people would not act...even after repeated trips and forms completed. Obviously commission challenged....they promised refund in 30 days, but it has been almost 90. I'm sure they could solve this issue tomorrow if they wanted to, but they have little incentive. Perhaps a facebook post is warrented. Pros: great used car, honest salesman Cons: Still unable to get refund of cancelled service contract more
