I was driving from New York City to Ottawa (Canada) and got a flat driving through New Jersey. Called MB roadside assistance who directed me to your dealership. Willie provided excellent, quick service (and possibly saved me from getting another flat tire by pointing out the horrible state of my front tires, which I also changed). It was great to see that, whether I'm in Ottawa, Canada, or Morristown, NJ, I can expect great service from my Mercedes Benz dealership. Please convey my thanks and gratitude to the whole staff and managers. more

Excellent response to an unexpected problem (pothole/tire damage). Alex was able to schedule the work with no notice, obtain the needed tire.....bottom line, it took about six hours to get me on the road again. This is the type of response that makes you outsanding!!!! more

I had a slow leak in a tire. Alex had the problem diagnosed and expedited replacement of the tire. The work was done quickly, while I waited. \r \r I have dealt with Alex for many years, and he has always provided exceptional service. more

As always, my experience with Mercedes of Morristown was truly exceptional. Mr. Diaz immediately responded to my phone call / concern in the absence of my service rep and made me a same day appointment. At both pick up and drop off Mr. Diaz got me in and out quickly with no delays. During the repair period, Mr Diaz reached out to me at regular intervals to keep me abreast of the repair process. He even answered an email question I sent him regarding my warranty only hours after I sent it. When i arrived to pick up my car it was ready to go, cleaner then when I left it, and repaired to my satisfsction. What more could one ask for? Thanks Mr. Diaz and Mr. Salwin for always taking good care of both of my family's Mercedes. \r Pjc more
