BEST EXPERIENCE EVER 11/23/2010

This was, by far, the best car shopping experience Ive ever had. After the horrible treatment I had received from Crevier BMW (my last car) I was really dreading going car shopping again. I decided to give MBLN a shot and they have changed my perspective on car shopping all together. My sales rep was extremely straight forward, he even talked me OUT of getting some silly features that would have increased my car payment. All things said, Jeff was absolutely awsome (so awsome that we have bought 3 more cars from him). The moral of my story is finding a good sales rep can dramatically atlter your car shopping experience and I would recommend Jeff to anyone who is serious about getting a classy car at the best price! more

Great store. I love the variety and prices. Outstanding customer service. My American Hairless Terriers eat Fromm Family food and this is one of the few places where I can buy it. Thank you for being so helpful. more

his is my second vehicle lease from Laguna Niguel Mercedes Benz. I live 50 miles away, and there is another Mercedes dealer just 5 miles from my home, but I will drive the distance to deal with Laguna Niguel Mercedes Benz. They are a top-notch dealer and will continue to have my business! more

Couldnt be happier 10/27/2010

The dealership manager, Pat Boulter, really gets involved with the clients who purchase or lease at MBLN. He personally called me and made sure I was happy with my sales consultant, Gerhard. This is my 5th transaction with the dealership, and I send all of my co-workers from Associated Realtors to MBLN. I intend to purchase an S class within one year, and I will get the car from MBLN & Gerhard, no question. Even though the economy is on a roller coaster, a high speed collision in a E430 four & a half years ago, made a believer out of me. I did not know there was a testimonial section and I'm glad to read that others share the same appreciation that I do for MBLN. My car was NOT purchased at MBLN, but having been to 4 other dealers, I can honestly say that I will not go anywhere else for service except MBLN. Wonderful treatment, no-waiting express check-in, and loaners ready to go; I live in the Los Angeles area and it makes the 1.5 hr drive to Laguna Niguel worth it every single time to have a service adviser remember me as a friend than as strictly business. Thank you for everything; great service these days is just not appreciated enough. more

After a unhappy and very unprofessional experience at Fletcher Jones, a friend suggested I try Laguna Niguel Mercedes. Once I showed up I was greeted by friendly sales associates, and immediately was shown several car. Not once did i feel pressured to make a decision. After I found a car I loved, we worked through the numbers, and was offered a deal I was satisfied with. I now know why my friend suggested Laguna Niguel Mercedes, they have great professional team run by Jarrett Bayless. more
