Best car buying experience I have had 3/16/2011

Best car buying experience I have had. All sales personnel knew their product, were courteous and friendly, were genuinely proud of the product they were selling and no one pressured me during the entire experience, including the finance department. Everyone seemed to work as a team. A truly positive experience. more

Our overall experience dealing with the team of workers 3/11/2011

Our overall experience dealing with the team of workers at the Chapman Mercedes Benz in Tucson has been a very pleasant one. We hope this relationship will continue if we need their assistance in the future. Kevin Duenwald - Internet Sales Manager was always polite, informative, patient , kept the lines of communication open and was always a gentelman. With his assistance we were able to purchase this vehicle. John Hornbeck -General Manager also followed up and addressed my concerns along with Brian DeCook -Sales Manager. This team worked together to get every thing finalized with both parties happy with the sale. more

John Hornbeck is the ""BEST""!!! I have been doing business with John for approximately 25 years and would never consider purchasing a vehicle from anyone else. As a matter of fact, I have sent al least 25 of my friends to him as well. I just thought you should be aware of this. Thank You. more

They go above and beyond to make sure I feel like a valued customer and part of the family as do all the employees at that dealership. I am thankful that the car did not need major work done. I know it is important to bring the car in regularly for the Mercedes check. When a car is built that well...i.e. the best engineered car in the world as they say..it should be that way. Thank you more

I was impressed that Evan's diagnosis 1/28/2011

A phone call to Evan outlining a problem I was having with my car was followed by service the next day and the repair was completed in a timely fashion while I waited. I was impressed that Evan's diagnosis of the problem based on telephone call was right on the mark. more

""Your team is fantastic!"" 10/7/2010

I called for an impromptu appt and they had me in, in an hour. In spite of a very busy day at your service dept, they repaired and washed the car and had me out by around noon. This is why I will drive from La Mesa, past the other MB dealers for service. Your team is fantastic! more
