I can tell you that the shame of facing bankruptcy in my early 50s was enough to keep my head low. My first appointment with Diane, she shared more of the big picture of the economy and I did not feel alone. She was clear with her directions and with what to expect. She and EACH of her staff readily responded to my post-meeting questions whether by email or by phone. Seriously, I have no complaints. None. Zip. Nada. They are terrific!!! more

Efficient, professional, and communicative. 10/23/2012

I think the Mentis Law Group staff was very efficient, very professional, and they answered all of the questions I had. You could pretty much communicate with them anytime. They were very clear and concise with answers to questions I may have had. They helped me through court processes also and were very efficient. more

Diane Mancinelli and the Mentis Law Group gave me excellent service and I would recommend her/them to anyone. They are efficient,experts in their field, take care of every detail, walk you through the whole process and always there to answer questions. Mentis are absolutely great. 9/28/2012

Anything I needed to know, they were right on the situation. They would email me, leave messages, and someone in the office would get a hold of me in a prompt manner. They always had a great attitude. Anyone that would deal with Mentis would be coming out a winner. You give them a problem and Diane solves it. She is absolutely great, I would recommend her and the practice to anyone and everyone. more

Excellent Representation!! 9/27/2012

I was referred to Diane and her team at Mentis Law Group by a friend. I needed to file for bankruptcy and Diane was able to help me determine which BK was right for my situation and lead me step by step through the lenghty process to completion. I certainly appreciated her timeliness and attention to detail and the plan was approved by the court without issue. Now, a year and a half after the plan was finalized, Diane is still helpful in answering my minor questions and there have been no issues whatsoever with my BK. I would recommend Mentis to anyone. They are professional and courteous when you need someone the most. more
