Memorial Healthcare Perry Outpatient Services is located inside Memorial Healthcares Perry Family Practice.
They offer Radiology and laboratory services and their hours are for the Lab M-F, 7:30-5:00 and for Radiology they are 8:00-5:00pm.
I had to fast for 12 hours then get my blood drawn and I wasn't to happy nor excited about it. However, the staff there calmed me down and treated me like a little kid! I have had very bad experiences in the past with my blood being drawn (I will spare you the gory details).
You don't have to make an appointment, you just need the paperwork for your blood work. I have not used their Radiology Services so I can't comment on that. However, I will say that these ladies truly love their job and do a great job at comforting and calming kids and adults.
