Mellow Mushroom

Although I reside in Miami, I have driven up to Delray Beach multiple times just to enjoy the greatness of the Mellow Mushroom. They have some of the best pizza I have ever had. Their dough is delicious. They say it's great because it's made with spring water and molasses, but I believe there has to be more to it than that. I love how you can choose your own base to any pizza pie there. Also, their house specialty (only to the Delray Beach location) salad "Grilled Chicken Pesto Salad" has got to be THE BEST SALAD I have ever had in my whole entire life. How do they make that dressing? The pesto dressing truly is to die for. Everyone should try that salad at least once. Finally, I can't complain about Delray Beach's beer selection. A much wider beer selection that other Mellow Mushrooms in the country. I'm very pleased. more

Mellow Mushroom is the best pizza around. The restaurant is beautiful and the food tastes amazing. The owners are friendly and happy to chat with you about your dining experience. It is obvious they only want the best for their customers. My favorite pizzas are the Magical Mystery Tour, or the Mega Veggie, depends on my mood. Check it out, you won't be disappointed! more
