I needed new brakes for my sister's car and was referred to Meineke in Dover. I was very apprehensive at first because I know from experience that a lot of these type of places over charge you and try to sell you extra items that you don't need!!! Long story short the place was awesome everybody there was polite and courteous and I couldn't believe the deal I was able to get for my sister on new brakes!! Bought my celica from dover meineke. the owner made me a ton of promises about all the work they would put into my car and when it would be done bla bbla bla. well not only were they a week late but the guy tried to jip me out of 90% of the work that was promised. I'm still waiting on the tensioner which could be pushed back for ANOTHER 2 weeks. this guy will lie through his teeth and rip you off. he even bragged to my other half that i paid to much for the car. Do not ever go here. My next contact is the bbb. I'm so upset about the horrible service and treatment I've gotten from this place. please don't ever let them screw you over too. more

Great service, trusted estimates, low price! 9/8/2011

If your looking for a mechanic you can trust, Paul is your man. First found Paul when I got brake estimate of over $800 from dealership and other local shop. Paul did same work for only $250. Just had problem with noise coming from tire and he had my car on the lift for 20 minutes, fixed the problem and when it came time to pay he said don't worry about it and didn't even charge me for his time. Had to pinch myself. Unbelievable service! more

Do not go here 7/1/2009

I went in for a state inspection and they cut my hydrolic hose to the master cylinder(on acciden), they told me they would replace the part no charge. Well at some point the plan changed for them and they told me I was out of luck and they would not fix what they broke. Total lack of common sense, no sorry no nothing just put me through hell! They have very inexperienced staff who make mistakes often, do not let this happen to you! Pros: nothing Cons: horrible management more
