I purchased a commercial piece of property utilizing one of Beckys agents (and Becky) several months ago. I have purchase several homes and a couple pieces of commercial property in my life and this was by far the trickiest deal but they made it happen in a very efficient manner. Not only did they help me w/ the deal but after the closing Donald (commercial sales) worked with me on numerous occasions to guide me thru the maze of rezoning and finding good contacts to make it happen. I dont know that any other agency could have made the deal happen much less with the ease in which it happened.....highly recommended. All the agents I have met there seem to be great and I would use any of them for a home purchase. more

With the market the way it is you would think agents would know their own contracts. \r When listing with this company we did exactly what the agent asked. We had the home power washed, professionally cleaned, and the deck refinished. On our own we lowered the price of the house $35,000 less then our original listing price. \r Finally we were in contract. The buyers came back with a list of 18 requests after inspection. We asked how much money they would like to take the house as is. (we were selling out of state and did not want to deal with it all) Fortunately we and the buyers came to an agreement. \r The problem was OUR agent. Not only did he nag us about nit picking issues HE wanted taken care of, He became angry, and harrassing through emails. He kept insisting that we were not ""complying with the contract"". Proving he had no grasp of what the contract actually said. He even went as far as to threaten us that the buyers could sue us. \r What kind of agent asks a client to clean molding with a toothbrush? Or has to send an email apologizing for being hateful in a previous one?\r Our agent was nothing but a cyberbully and has no business selling homes. more
