Product: Never consistent. The blond female is the only consistent barista when it comes to the product and recipes for drinks.
Location: The location is prime for a coffee shop, tons of parking available.
Atmosphere: This is horrible, honestly. The decorations and colors are that of an outdated playroom for children. It's always dirty, and an uncomfortable temperature for the season. The internet is sub par speed, and sending e-mail doesn't always work. If you ask the employees to see what's wrong they often don't know, the owner doesn't seem to know either or have a person that can come to fix it. i.e. Don't hold important meetings here or plan to get any personal work done online either.
Employees: Wow, this is the worst part of the ""Mean Bean"". Most employees don't appreciate business at all. They make horribly inappropriate comments about young people that support their business with purchases. One dark haired, female employee is often found reading behind the counter and acts insulted if you would like to order something. She's very pleasant to some customers but completely rude to others, it depends on the day and if she can flirt with you. Her drinks are pretty consistent but her attitude is not. The young men employees have their following of teenagers and make terrible drinks. So I prefer to avoid the place when they're working. The blond female is the only consistent worker on staff as far as attitude and recipes for drinks, she never sits and is always working to keep the space clean, I'm always pleased to see how willing she is to make my experience great.
Overall, I prefer to go somewhere else. I'm paying nearly $5 after tip for a cup of coffee so I would like the space to be clean, my coffee to taste the same every time, and the employees to be more friendly.
