Holiday Save 12/4/2019

While we were away for Thanksgiving Holiday, our son-in-law noticed a problem with the heater at our old house. Since we remain loyal customers of McHales, he called them for assistance. A great experience from an expert technition 10/16/2019

Tom R. An HVAV tech with McHales Inc gave me great professional service and deserves recognition. He arrived on time was neatly dressed, introduced himself and went right to work. He fixed the problem quickly then went beyond the call of duty by finding a safety issue that was not apparent to us and fixed it too. He was careful in our property to clean up. We were more than satisfied, in fact I called back the next day to get some leaky faucets and a leaky shower valve fixed. Thanks McHales it was a pleasure. John Harrison more

Great Service by a professional HVC Tech 4/4/2019

Pat H from McHales preformed a HVC system check today. He did an outstanding job on going over what needed to be service, and some of their other service options. In fact I signed up for their 1yr Service Partner agreement because McHales can handle many of my home's primary repairs and service needs. more

Went above and beyond 1/14/2019

We called McHales to inspect our hot water heater, and they were able to do so quickly and within our schedule. Joel D. was our service specialist, and he was fantastic. He gave us our options, and was able to replace our hot water heater quickly and quietly. He went above and beyond what I expected, cleaning behind our old HW heater, replacing old parts and installing new shut-off valves. I would highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs. more

Quick Excellent Service and Fair Pricing 1/3/2019

We woke on Christmas Eve Morning to no heat in our home. We call a few places before McHale's and were greeted with a response that we would need to wait until after Christmas for a service tech. We call McHale's and were told that they would send a service tech as soon as possible within 3 hours the tech arrived and we at least had temporary heat until the parts we needed arrived. Thank You for saving our holiday!!! more

nick replaced my sump pump at 2:00 am, he was punctual and extremely courteous. I would definitely recommend McHale's for any plumbing services and if needed I will request Nick if he is on duty. more

Kitchen remodel 8/25/2018

Our project manager, Harry Pyffer, was fantastic. He quickly had effectively resolved the enviable small problems that occur with any job. His work product and workmanship was first class. He was friendly and communicative. He made suggestions that improved the result. He was unobtrusive during the project. The other members of Harry’s team were equally professional. The only issue on the job was the granite subcontractor. They were difficult; however, provided a quality product. more

Excellent emergency response 8/15/2018

Wednesday night, 7:30, the dishwasher started leaking badly. We called McHales. A few minutes later, Ryan called, said he'd be here in 20 minutes, appeared promptly and took control of the situation. He was reassuring. Quickly he found the problem fixed it, tested his repair. It was all fixed and settled, and he left after telling us, if there was any further trouble, the work was guaranteed, so call at once. Great job, Ryan, and we recommend McHales highly. more

Ed and Kyle were very prompt, professional, knowledgeable and very easy going during both the initial assessment and the subsequent visit to do the work. Ed came up with creative and elegant solutions for getting the work done in an old and quirky house. They left the house cleaner than they found it and the work went very fast! more

Sewer Line Install 6/8/2018

Beau showed up to scope the line and explained the fact that the cast iron line had disintegrated on the bottom and needed to be replaced. He showed us the scope picture and explained everything in detail about what needed to be done. His demeanor was very professional and confident. He and his team (Nick/Austin) showed up 2 days later, as he said they would, and installed the new line, with minimal impact on our living situation. I am very happy with the job they have done and would recommend them to anyone. more
