McDonalds

I have never had so much frustration than with the mcdonalds on classen, right by the highway. Besides the fact that it is the most expensive one in norman, every single time I go there they mess up my order. Every Freaking Time! The other bad one is on 12th and alameda. I've never had problems with lunch or dinner but the breakfast service is horrible. The breakfast burritos are never fresh. They stick them in the microwave before serving them. I even asked specifically for a fresh one and they told me that microwaving them before serving is what they are supposed to do. Bad management! more

I absolutely refuse to go to the Mcdonald's on 12th and Alameda in Norman. I, honestly, do not think they have EVER gotten our order right. My youngest son loves McDonald's Happy Meals... what young kid doesn't? But I don't like to feed him fast food all the time. We will, however, stop on occasion when we are taking his older brother to school to get a breakfast sandwich and a chocolate milk. The last time we visited this location, we ordered a sausage biscuit for my son. We drove off without checking... should have known better... they gave him a plain biscuit that, obviously, did have sausage on it prior to them giving it to us, because the grease mark was still there!!!!!! I'm not fond of McDonald's anyway, but this horrible service has totally convinced me not to return. more
