There seems to be a McDonalds everywhere you go and for that I am appreciative, especially with two kids. We can be in another state or another country and there is a good ole' McDonalds!
I'm a mother of two boys and McDonalds is a great place to stop and get a bite to eat for all of us. The $1 menu is GREAT - we can get three sandwiches and a couple of sodas for $5. What a bargain.
The McDonalds in Brewer, Maine lacks a playplace which is very disappointing to the kids. They love to go the McD's with playplaces so they can run around and have some fun, especially on cold and rainy days (that is most of Maine).
Service is generally good and the restaurant always seems to be very clean and cared for. We usually just go through the drive thru - it's fast and convenient.
