My family and I have been patients of Dr. McCraw's for two years now. I have always been treated great by him and his staff. They are willing to help in any way they can. My daughter has diabetes and they have taken great care of her. They are very thorough. We have never had to wait longer than 20 minutes to see Dr. McCraw or the nurse practiioner. Dr. McCraw has always taken the time to make sure we understand everything he has told us or prescribed to us. I would definitely rec. him if you want that one on one time with your doctor. He is willing to listen and answer any questions you may have. Pros: very friendly and always helpful. more

HAVE BEEN A PATIENT FOR SEVERAL YEARS. NEEDED THE OFFICE TO CALL OR FAX THE INSURANCE CO. IN ORDER FOR THEM TO APPROVE MY MEDICINE. WAS TOLD BY THE OFFICE STAFF THAT THEY ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT DO THAT EVEN THOUGH DOCTOR WROTE A SCRIPT AND IT IS IMPORTANT THAT I HAVE MY MEDS. EVEN THOUGH I INFORMED OFFICE STAFF OF HAVING BEEN WITHOUT THE MEDICINE FOR 4 DAYS AND AM IN PAIN, I WAS TOLD THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE TIME TO HELP ME AND IT IS A POLICY OF DOCTOR MCCRAW HIMSELF THAT THEY NO LONGER MAKE PHONE CALLS OR FAX TO INS. CO'S FOR APPROVAL. WAS ALSO TOLD BY OFFICE STAFF THAT IF INSURANCE SO. WOULDN'T APPROVE IT WITHOUT THERE VERIFICATION(WHICH OF COURSE THEY WON'T)..THAT THERE IS NOTHING THEY WILL DO TO HELP ME. IT WAS EVEN SUGGESTED THAT I JUST BUY SOME PRILOSEC OTC. WELL...GEE...IF THAT WORKED FOR ME I WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN ON THE OTHER MEDICINE THAT COST ME 45.00 PER MONTH WITH INSURANCE FOR THE PAST 8 YEARS!! I EVEN ASKED OFFICE STAFF WHAT THEY THOUGHT THE DOC WOULD THINK OF THEM NOT WILLING TO MAKE A SIMPLE SINGLE PHONE CALL TO INSURE THAT I GET MY MEDICINE. I WAS THEN TOLD THAT THE DOCTOR WAS ACTUALLY THE ONE WHO MADE THE RULE. THEY ARE TRULY NOT THE LEAST BIT CONCERNED WITH ME GETTING MY SCRIPT FILLED. I REALLY LIKED THE DOCTOR...NOT PERFECT...BUT ALWAYS PLEASANT. I AM NOT RECOMMENDING ANYONE GO TO THIS PRACTICE!!! Pros: DOCTOR IS PERSONABLE Cons: WHERE TO BEGIN?!! more

Highly disappointed. Have been a patient for 7 years, and although I do not visit the doctors office often, I just met the doctor for the first time about 6 or 7 months ago. I get the feeling that this doctor is too busy and has taken on too many patients, therefore you are not allotted much time, and will most likely be stuck seeing the nurse practitioner. On top of this, he does not waste time attempting to diagnose something if it requires more than 5 minutes. He will send you to a specialist, which in turn will cost you enough money to put you in tears. This office has no regard or respect for the fact that every thing they do, and every referal that they give you to another office ends up costing the PATIENT. Poor service. Pros: fairly easy to get an appointment, wait time minimal Cons: staff incompetent, lack of communication, will meet with nurse practioner instead of doctor, will be sent to specialist if diagnosis takes more than 5 minutes more
