McCoy's is located at the intersection of Interstate 70 and Federal Blvd. in Denver. It has some of the best Mexican breakfasts I have ever come across and I've traveled a lot. I used to tour the country with my husband and his band that travelled for 8 1/2 years and he can account for the restaurants diner quality (we all know touring bands eat at as many diners as possible). Anyways, we think you should check it out! My favorite breakfast is the huevos rellenos, and my husband's is a toss up between the biscuits and gravy and the huevos rancheros. They also have a great omelet with taco meat. It sounds weird but it is very good. The federal grande burrito is deep fried and amazing. If you stop by, say hi to Kris and Rhonda, the two best waitresses in the world. Saturday mornings at McCoy's are always packed with colorful regulars (bikers, cops, old folks, blue collar workers, families). We love McCoy's and know you will too.
Pros: Food, Friendly Service, Fast Service, Colorful Clientel
Cons: Colorful clientel if you are looking for cookie cutter people
