I had a check up in October from this office and they were nice and convenient. I received a bill and paid it via my online banking account promptly. On Christmas Eve, I received a notice from a collection agency advising that this payment was due. I never received a bill from the office indicating that they had not received my November payment via my online banking. HORRIBLE BILLING and CUSTOMER SERVICE!\r

I will not use this office again which is too bad because the staff was nice, however, I will not risk my credit score because they cannot keep their billing straight!
