While I'm not the type to radiate bad vibes, these people are bad news and I want to warn everyone to RUN. While seemingly professional face to face, Lawyers Title and their associates proved to be evasive and vague. After 5 phone calls, 1 visit, multiple emails, the associates (and supervisors) did not help us resolve an issue directly related to their title company.
We simply requested a copy of a particular document and repeatedly followed up without resolve. Our matter was very important and urgent, despite the fact that we needed their assistance Annette Lester and her associates at Lawyers title did not respond to our request for information on our closing agreement. We are forced to head to an attorney office for legal counsel as a result. Why LT had an evasive and shifty performance is beyond my understanding, we are their own clients and have requested information for matters we should be privy to.
I cannot urge prospective clients enough to avoid Lawyers title. We still have unresolved matters with them and I want to avoid other people the frustration we are experiencing.
