Excellent service writer 2/3/2011

I was in your shop mid day Monday October 4th 2010. My Ford Windstar check engine light was on. I was in a hurry to get to a meeting. Your service department couldn’t get to me for a few hours, but your excellent, female service writer diagnosed the problem ON THE SPOT and was dead on. I tightened some hoses and re-seated the air filter - and violah! Lean codes and car leak gone! She's young and dark headed, Carolyn maybe? SHE WAS EXCELLENT! more

Incredible dealership 1/6/2011

WOW! I had an awesome experience!! Several times! This an incredible “little” dealership with a definate ability to inspire customer loyalty. I have bought a 4 new vehicles and 3 used vehicles here and have never felt anything but comfortable and respected as a customer. Their service department is fast, responsive and very effective. The entire staff are friendly and professional with a unique ability to be there to answer your questions without crowding your shopping experience. I have never found a dealership that is this stellar in every aspect of the automotive experience. If I am living anywhere in the Southeastern U.S., I will only buy here. I recommend McElveen to the lowcountry locals as well as newcomers and vistors to Charleston. They are located right off the interstate in Summerville, the 1st stop before driving into Charleston! more

Greg "Hutch" Hutchison is the best. Everytime I've gone to have my car serviced he have been so customer friendly. As long as he is there I will continue to bring my car to this dealership. more

All work is done right 12/29/2010

I HIGHLY recommend your shop. Each visit is one I look forward to...because I know my car will be be fully serviced and repaired. I am not hassled for unecessary work or add-ons. I am educated on the proper care and preventive maintenance and all work is done right. Brian Covington has always been a pleasure to work with on each visit. The #2 reason I chose to get my vehicle servied there is because of the financing avail. for repairs. Brian and his team went above and beyond the call of duty this last visit. Thank you. more

Very pleased 12/9/2010

I just moved here in May 2010 and i stopped in to ask a question on some stains from a source of berry tree at my daughter's and i was more then pleased at the service, the gentleman told me what i could use, and then he took my car and cleaned and washed the car and all the stains were gone. This was done within a half hour's time. I am very pleased with the service i received and feel confident with any future service. more
