Good: nothing. Bad: To start, by finding mouse droppings in my salad!!! Awful service! Poor quality of food! One girl told me I owed her an extra dollar for an ice coffee, but couldn't produce a ticket for it. She just wanted to put a dollar in her pocket. Please do not eat at this McDonald's! it is not worth your time, money, or jeopardizing your health. Improvements: The place shut down!!!. Other: I will never eat at this McDonald's again! And possibly any other one ever again.. more

Customer Service 2/7/2010

Customer service has taken a back seat at this McDonalds. I have been too many McDonalds around the country and this is the worst for customer service and getting your food timely and correct. We as a family eat there 3 to 4 times a week. I do not expect the red carpet treatment but I do expect someone to say thank you, and when I say thank you they say your welcome. Do not know where the root of the problem is, but in this economy I am sure someone would say thank or your welcome to keep there job.. Thought someone should know, how a small town in florida thinks about it's McDonalds. more

Why has the strawberry jelly been taken out of thePerry,Fl.McDonald's? I do not like grape jelly!! If this problem is not taken care of real soon, I will be taking my business somewhere else.We eat there several times a week,so I know they have not just run out of it temporarily.Please BRING BACK THE STRAWBERRY JELLY!!!
