MBR EXCELLENT Service! 12/8/2009

My house was up for sale and a couple made a bid on it and we were to close in two weeks! Little to my knowledge, I had foundation problems. Not only did MBR work us into their busy schedule and do an excellent job on repairing my foundation, they also provided me with incredible service and kept me totally informed throughout the entire process! Great Organization!!! 12/8/2009

MBR provided me and my family with some very useful information regarding our home. We thought we had foundation issues based on the information provided us by a competitor, but as it turned out we just had some minor settling and and a few small cracks as a result there of. These people are crooks 1/22/2009

These people don't honor their warranty. I had some work done by this company several years ago on one of my houses. When foundation problems showed up years later, they came up with all sorts of excuses. They didn't want to honor the life time warranty certificate they had given me. They said it was only a ten year warranty enen though it had been less than 9 years since the work was done. They even said that I had torn down a wall in the house, which I hadn't, that would null the contract. Do not hire these people or you will regret it. Pros: None Cons: Service more
