WOW 5/8/2009

Mazzio's just spent thousands of dollars to give the store a face lift, what was left out was training of employees. You can go there most any day at 11:00 am and find more food on the floor in the dining area than there should be at their rush hour. Take a little extra time and drive to Henryetta and see a good example of a Mazzio's store.. MOST LOCALS HAVE MADE THE SWITCH. Jimmy more

This Mazzio's is the worse managed store in the chain, in my opinion. The Manager is not personable and would rather not deal with you if she doesn't have to. Rude most of the time. Some of the staff are okay, but the bad one's put the others in a bad light as well. The food quality is very poor and very inconsistent. Eat at your own risk! more

Mazzio's Not s great- 8/26/2005

This mazzio's location is an "ok" location. Here the food dosen't seem to be the problem it is just the service. The employee's working the drive thru seem Clueless about when someone show's up. The bathroom seem's to always be in need or either soap or toilet paper. Im my opinion the soap problem is a huge issue especially with the employee's who also use this restroom. My advice would be better management. more
