Mazon's Air Conditioning & Heating were very prompt when it came to setting up an appointment. Then they came out at the time they were expected. They were very clean and sure to pick up after themselves. I felt I could trust them in my home, as well. more

I've used Mazon's Air Condition & Heating services multiple times for years. They're always on time, have a good price, and are trustworthy. I'm always sure that I'm not going to get ripped off for something I don't need. I've been very happy with them for many years. This is the 3rd time we've used Mazon's and we will again for any problems, or when the time comes to replace our unit (which is probably nearing). We called Mazon's once for a heating issue, later a maintenance visit, and most recently an A/C issue. Adam is very honest, kind, and helpful. Our A/C unit is 17.5 yrs old and he could have easily pushed us to replace it. But, he was honest and able to provide a MUCH less expensive fix and told us he's amazed this compressor is still going. He's always responded to our calls/messages very promptly and got to our house in 12 hrs or less each time and that includes one call on New Years Day, and most recently on a Sunday. His prices are very fair and we trust him. I've already recommended him to multiple family members. more

Mazon's Air Conditioning & Heating came in, they did the initial diagnosis of the AC unit and told me basically the time I had left on it, and a couple different options of things they could put in. I liked that, but there was no pressure from them to make the purchase right away if I didn't want to. The only reason I gave them 4 stars for service is because there was some lack of communication between the owner and myself regarding me knowing what was going on. Very friendly company with professional, hard workers. I would definitely recommend them. more
