Maze Collision Repair

I would NOT recommend Maze Collision Repair. They give horrible customer service and I am still waiting to get a simple mudflap/splash guard replaced after a car accident. They had my car for two weeks and not once did they call me to keep me informed of the status. They changed my completion date three times and all at the last minute. Plus the body work on my car is substandard. Again would NOT recommend HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

We had our 2008 Lincoln Navigator fixed at Maze in St. Peters last month after a referral from our insurance agent and all I can say was perfect! more

Smiles and handshakes, that is, until you sign the paperwork. This company has ignored the old business rule that a Happy Customer is a Return Customer. Though I hope I never need services again on my existing vehicle, I have brought into this world a (large) family who looks to me for guidence when making such decisions. Pros: The office is clean & young lady at the desk was very pleasant. Cons: questions customer's intelligence through manipulation & doesn't have job ready in a timely manner through excuse after excuse! more

I was involved in a car accident and Maze, being a ""sister company"" to that of my Insurance Co,was recommended.I had prior (slight)body damage on my car.Being that the estimate was pricey,decided to ""shop around"" with hopes that another company would desire such a $$job and include this work,since other repairs on the body were getting done.After an appointment with the adjuster, I told him my plans before I'd sign any paperwork.He called me at work the next day, telling me He'd talked to his boss-No need to shop around, they would honor my request. I was told my car would be ready in 13 days. I rented a car. I took off of work on this day to get my car back. when I called, It wasn't ready. I was told it would be ready on the 31st.It wasn't.No one communicated with me as to what was going on. I called them back (again!)This time I was told that I could pick my car up, It was driveable, but they still had cosmetic work to do on my vehicle. I could have already bought a cheap used car for what I had spent on my month-long rental, so left work early to pick up my ""almost ready"" car. I grabbed my keys, walked out to my car to find THEY NEVER FIXED WHAT THEY PROMISED ME THEY WOULD! I waited in frustration to speak with the man who,in our conversation, twisted words around like a used car salesman. It didn't matter to him- My insurance company had paid and I had already paid my deductable. A big $$ job+ a young girl= A BIG SCAM!!! Pros: big staff Cons: took longer than promised,no communication, explained everything in a confusing manner to explain why job wasn't done as promised more
